towards the light. This opportunity to enable the sound frequencies to promote your own healing within the physical & energetic bodies will rejuvenate and refresh you. Suitable for anyone who could do with having a clearer aura.. What will be happening you will be seated or lying down in a comfortable posture with guided breath work to clear the lungs, a guided meditation to expand the heart After this you will be bathed in sound frequencies from singing bowls and gong to free the mind for journeying and healing.
